OpenText Core Fax
A secure cloud fax platform that removes the need for analog lines and fax hardware. It supports faxing across devices and applications, from desktops to mobile and from MFPs to EHR systems. Built for regulated industries, with privacy controls, audit readiness, and regional data sovereignty.
There is no fax server. OpenText publishes Core Fax as a distinct product from OpenText Fax, with its own applications and developer APIs.

OpenText Fax Private Cloud (Managed Services)
Combines OpenText Fax with the technology, integrations, and OpenText personnel who implement, manage, and monitor the implementation. It frees internal resources, eliminates on-premises fax server hardware and software costs and maintenance fees, and fills gaps in internal expertise.
Deploys in an OpenText data center or in a third-party cloud. This is the required platform for OpenText Fax Aviator.

The fax server and its existing integrations stay in place.
